Michael Schumacher has been given another 10-place grid penalty for the Japanese GP, following his collision with Jean-Eric Vergne in Singapore.
Earlier this year an incident at Barcelona led to a penalty in Monaco, where the Mercedes driver was fastest in qualifying.
Schumacher admitted he had made a mistake, and the stewards took into account the fact that it was the second similar offence this season.
The penalty will cost the former champion dearly at Suzuka, one of his favourite tracks.

Why a penalty? It´s clear that something broke in the car.
Guess we´re pissed off after all those penalities being applied in all the races.
Schum: “It’s getting dark, too dark to see (where I’m driving, Mein Gott!), feels like I’m knocking on (the second! LOL, OMG!) retirement’s door…”.
I realy hate this blaming nature of f1. Is it old women who are the jury? Who was the jury this race? Every incident has to have a penalty and then 10 places for a decent mistake. It was not a evial act or deliberate act like Maldonado. What about Senna and Massa they should have been stripped nacked for making a race incident. I do not think I like f1 any more. Been a fan for 37 years my first real year of following was 1976. I just don not like the corporate drivers and the jury judging on every move. And dealing harsh punishments like if it was a offence in a pedestrian field or near a school…. not like Hunt and Lauda giving braketests if newcomers did not move over fast enough. This way we could just end the race after qualifiying even her punishment if you moves into others way. Well Bernie bring back racers not slotcars.
Michael needs to go back to Ferrari where he would do much better.
